For lunch, you can opt for a turkey breast grilled accompanied by some vegetables or a salad. I recommend not eating much, because your goal of losing 10 kilos in a week is quite ambitious, so you have to limit what you eat.
Snack
When snacking, as it was mid-morning, you have to form a sort of bridge between lunch and dinner. So, I recommend that you again take a handful of nuts, or take a diet rich in protein snack.
Dinner
Finally, for dinner, I recommend something very light, since you, at night, do not burn the calories you ingest. A yogurt, a couple of pieces of fruit or a light salad should be enough. If you stay hungry, take some oats to quench.
As you can see, with this diet to lose weight in a week (10 kilos), you'll get an ideal weight in record time. Of course, at the end of the diet, try to recover a normal diet gradually, and not suddenly, because, otherwise, have the famous rebound effect.
