Day 2: Two squeezed lemons mixed with two glasses of water
Day 3: Three squeezed lemons mixed with three glasses of water
Day 4: Four squeezed lemons mixed with four glasses of water
Day 5: five squeezed lemons mixed with five glasses of water.
Day 6: Six squeezed lemons mixed with six glasses of water
Day 7: Three squeezed lemons mixed with ten glasses of water
Add a tablespoon of honey and drink the mixture during the day.
Day 8: Six squeezed lemons mixed with six glasses of water
Day 9: Five squeezed lemons mixed with five glasses of water
Day 10: Four squeezed lemons mixed with four glasses of water
Day 11: Three squeezed lemons mixed with three glasses of water
Day 12: Two squeezed lemons mixed with two glasses of water
Day 13: squeezed a lemon mixed with a glass of water
Day 14: Three squeezed lemons mixed with 10 glasses of water
Add a tablespoon of honey and drink the mixture during the day.
Tip: Rinse mouth with water after drinking the lemon juice to prevent damage tooth enamel due to citric acid.
Note: It is best to drink the entire mixture at a time. However, if you can not drink the mix, all you can drink and drink the rest of the mixture a few minutes later. It is very important to drink lemonade one hour before a meal.
This diet is not recommended for people having digestion problems.
