MONDAY
BREAKFAST: Infusion preferred with a splash of skim milk with sweetener + lemon water (cold or hot as desired).
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs with spinach and 1 tomato
Dinner: 150 grams of lean grilled with mixed salad with vinegar or lemon meat.

TUESDAY
BREAKFAST: Infusion preferred with a splash of skim milk with sweetener + 2 brown rice crackers without salt spread with cream cheese.
Lunch: 150 grams of lean white meat or grilled + mixed salad with lemon
Dinner: 150 grams of cooked ham + 1 + 1 fruit yogurt


WEDNESDAY
BREAKFAST: Infusion preferred with a splash of skim milk with sweetener + 1 toasted bread or 2 crackers sal.ALMUERZO brown rice, 150 grams of grilled fish with lemon and tomato salad + celery + 1 orange.
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs + 100 grams of cooked ham + 1 fruit

THURSDAY
BREAKFAST: Infusion preferred with a splash of skim milk with sweetener + 2 brown rice crackers without salt spread with cream cheese.
Lunch: 1 egg + grated carrots + 100g of cooked ham
Dinner: fruit salad + 1 low-fat yogurt

FRIDAY
BREAKFAST: Infusion preferred with a splash of skim milk with sweetener + 2 brown rice crackers without salt spread with cream cheese.
Lunch: 1 can of natural tuna with grated carrots and tomato + 1 fruit
Dinner: 100 grams of grilled meat with mushrooms Provencal + fruit salad

SATURDAY
BREAKFAST: Infusion preferred with a splash of skim milk with sweetener + 2 brown rice crackers without salt spread with cream cheese.
LUNCH: 1/4 baked chicken without skin + mixed salad with lettuce, tomato, onions + 1 low-fat yogurt.
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs with grated zabahorias + infusion

SUNDAY
BREAKFAST: Infusion preferred with a splash of skim milk with sweetener + 2 brown rice crackers without salt spread with cream cheese.
Lunch: 200 grams of lean meat or grilled grilled half tomato + + 1 orange
DINNER: Whatever moderation.
