Jugo de limon:
 
3 hojas de lechuga
1/2 pepino pelado y cortado en trozos pequenos
2 tallos de apio
2 tomates, cortados en trozos pequenos
1 diente de ajo, machacado


* Hervida granos de linaza en agua durante aproximadamente 30 minutos. Usted debe ser gomoso
* Colar el agua y dejar enfriar.
* Luego se pone todo en una licuadora.
* Cuando todo está bien mezclado, el mismo color y textura uniforme.

 
Quitan o la mezcla no tendrá los mismos beneficios.

Tome este jugo de 1 hora antes de cada comida.
