Diet menu to lose up to 4 kilos in 3 days:
Day one

Breakfast:

    1/2 grapefruit
    1 slice of toast
    2 tablespoons peanut butter
    Coffee black or green tea.

Lunch:





    2 slices of any meat (approx 85gr.)
    1 cup green beans
    1 cup Beets
    1 small apple
    1 cup vanilla ice cream preferably light

Dinner:

    1 and 1/2 cup of tuna (350g Approx.)
    1 slice of toast
    Black coffee or green tea

Day two

Breakfast:

    1 boiled egg
    1/2 banana,
    1 slice of toast
    black coffee or tea.

Lunch:

    2 sausages
    1 cup broccoli
    1/2 cup carrot
    1/2 banana
    1/3 cup vanilla ice cream preferably light

Dinner:





    1 cup cheese cotagge
    5 crackers.

Day Three

Breakfast:

    5 crackers
    1 slice of cheese chihuahua
    1 small apple
    black coffee or tea.

Lunch:

    1 cup tuna (approx 250gr.)
    1 cup sugar beets
    1 cup cauliflower
    1/2 cup cantaloupe
    1 cup vanilla ice cream preferably light

Dinner:

    1 boiled egg
    1 slice of toast.
