Diet 13 days, it is a quick diet to lose 6 to 10 kilos in thirteen days, depending on the reaction of the body of each person.

It is a low calorie diet (low in calories) and low in carbohydrates. This type of weight loss diets are very useful at first as we can see quick results and therefore we serve to raise our mood and since then conduct a more balanced diet maintenance.
