Day one

Breakfast:


   * 1/2 orange
   * 1 slice of toast
   * 2 tablespoons peanut butter
   * Coffee black or green tea.

Lunch:

 


   * 2 slices of any meat (approx 85gr.)
   * 1 cup green beans
   * 1 cup beets
   * 1 small apple
   * 1 cup vanilla ice cream preferably light

Dinner:

   * 1 and 1/2 cup of tuna (350g Approx.)
   * 1 slice of toast
   * Black coffee or green tea

Day two

Breakfast:


   * 1 boiled egg
   * 1/2 banana,
   * 1 slice of toast
   * black coffee or tea.

Lunch:

   * 2 sausages
   * 1 cup broccoli
   * 1/2 cup carrot
   * 1/2 banana
   * 1/3 cup vanilla ice cream preferably light

Dinner:

    1 cup cottage cheese
    5 crackers.

Day Three



 

Breakfast:

    5 crackers
    1 slice of yellow cheese
    1 small apple
    black coffee or tea.

Lunch:

   * 1 cup tuna (approx 250gr.)
   * 1 cup beets
   * 1 cup cauliflower
   * 1/2 cup cantaloupe
   * 1 cup vanilla ice cream preferably light

Dinner:

   * 1 boiled egg
   * 1 slice of toast.
