- Breakfast: orange 1/2 + 1 slice bread + 2 tablespoons peanut or peanut butter + 1 cup of coffee or green tea, no milk

- Lunch: 1/2 cup tuna + 1 slice bread + 1 cup of tea or coffee without milk

- Dinner: 80 grams of grilled beef + 1 cup blanched green beans + 1/2 banana + 1 apple + 1 cup vanilla ice cream


Day 2:

-Breakfast: 1 scrambled egg + 1 slice bread + 1/2 banana

- Lunch: 80 grams of low fat cheese + 1 egg + 5 crackers

-Dinner: 80 grams of meat + broccoli + 1 cup carrots 1/2 cup + 1/2 banana + 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

day 3

-Breakfast: 1 slice of white cheddar cheese or apple + 1 + 6 cookies

- Lunch: 1 slice bread + 1 egg

-Dinner: 1 cup tuna + 1/2 banana + 1 cup vanilla ice cream

day 4

During this day you can eat whatever you want, but you must keep in mind that it is advisable to choose foods that are healthy and allow us to have a balanced diet. Avoid soft drinks, sweets, excess flour and other foods that can reach to increase your weight.
