The breakfast every day and will consist of:

- A grapefruit or juice from it, whole wheat toast and a slice of deli turkey and cheese Burgos and a tea or infusion.

- The days can not be changed or switch, you must follow the order shown below:

All vegetables you want (which can be eaten raw, preferably raw).

Day 2:

Day 6:

Day 7:
