LunesDesayuno: 2 toasted bread with butter or cheese (and a few slices of tomatoes), 1 fruit (Orange, pear, peach or apricot) and 1 cup of green tea without sugar (you can sweeten with stevia).
Food: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 toasted integral and 1 yogurt.
Average afternoon you can take an infusion, a piece of fruit or a natural with skimmed milk shake and fruit (same for the other days of the week).

Thursday
Food: 125 grams of minced beef, 1 integral toast, 1 orange, 1 green tea.
Dinner: 2 toasted integral with fresh cheese and tomato, lettuce and cucumber and 1 block.
ViernesComida: 200 grams of fish grilled, 1 egg, 1 tomato with olive oil, toast 1 bread and 1 orange. Dinner: 500 grams of vegetables cooked to steam, 1 tomato, 1 yoghurt.
Weekend
Keeping the above proportions, and always keeping a healthy and balanced diet (which do not include FAT or sugars), you can eat what you want.

Avoid the miracle diets that promise you to lose up to one kilo daily; they are very restrictive and often cause rebound effect after making them, i.e. we regain the kilos lost very easily.
-Consider realistic goals: lose weight is within the reach of everyone, but requires effort and perseverance. You don't want to lose weight as fast as possible, put your health at risk and it can kill your motivation.
