Dinner: 1 chicken fillet or 2 preys without skin


DAY 7, 8 and 9

Breakfast: 2 blocks

Half Morning: 1 apple

Lunch: 2 blocks

Average afternoon: 1 apple

Dinner: 2 blocks


NOTE:

  •     They can take all kinds of infusions during the diet but without sugar, green tea is highly recommended as it speeds up the metabolism and will help us lose weight fast.
  •     They can also consume apple and cinnamon water or celery tea, both are very good allies to lose weight.
  •     Take 2 liters of water daily.
  •     Do not perform high impact exercises during the diet. The caloric intake of this diet is very low and carrying out a lot of physical effort can lead to health problems.
  •     Walking is recommended for at least 30 minutes per day for best results.
